Do you know where I can get a STRAND Gauge repaired?
We have a device that measures the thickness of the dry film coating/lining of cans. We need to get one calibrated, but I don't know where to get service.
Not sure if it is Gage or Guage or Gauge.
All services for the Strandgauge (Strandgage) are provided by ESI, Engineering Services International. We manufacture the instrument used for measuring the thickness of non-conductive dry film coatings applied to a conductive (metallic) surface. The instrument gives a direct reading of the coating measured in milligrams per unit area (mg/4 sq. inches, mg/sq.inch or mg/10 sq. cm). The 3 model numbers are 100, 103 and 105, respectively. We manufacture 2 probes; PR01 for measuring coatings on flat sheet material and the PR02 for measuring coatings applied to formed cans. We provide repair, calibration, and certification services for the Strandgauge and probes. We also provide probe tips and spare test leads.
