Micrometer Gauge

a tool used in hanging doors is a: a)miter gauge b)line level c)micrometer d)butt gauge?
The only tools you need to hang a door( not using a hinge-template and router) is:
1) A 2H pencil
2) A marking gauge
3) A square or a mitre square
4) An 38mm bevel edged wood chisel
5) A claw hammer/mallet
6) A tape measure or folding rule.
7) A bradawl or battery drill with a 2.5mm Hss wood bit for pilot holes.
A screwdriver or Battery drill with phillips/slotted head screwbits.
That's it. The tools you mention sound like 'Americanisms'. Apart from a micrometer, which isn't used in carpentry, I don't know what the rest are!
