Actually that is a hard question to answer. I have scored very young threes with a 0 in some areas and they still passed. Dial scores according to age as in month and year. So a 3 year 1 month can score much lower and still pass, whereas a 3 year 11 month may get the same score and fail. Not sure if I am explaining this very well, hopefully I made it clear. I do not have my dial materials at home with me but if you would like for me to give you more information I can get it, I will have to start my testing soon anyway.
